摘要
研究了改性硅灰石矿物纤维填料在D IP浆为原料生产新闻纸中所表现出的特有性能。通过对纸张物理性能分析,认为新闻纸中添加改性硅灰石能降低白水中COD、BOD含量,节约纤维用量,降低生产成本,有较好的经济效益和社会效益,但在提高成纸裂断长同时,纸张的撕裂度和表面强度有明显的下降。
The performance of modified wollastonite fiber in DIP used for newsprint is discussed. Analysis of paper physical properties shows that modified wollastonite used in newsprint could reduce COD, BOD in white water, fiber used and production cost, result in good economic and social benefits. However, tear and surface strength of paper would decrease significantly with increasing of breaking lengh.
