摘要
为提高箱体压铸件的质量,进行了模具结构优化,解决JY110摩托发动机箱体压铸件的气孔和缩松缺陷。主要采取的解决措施是对压铸模内浇口的设置和右端型芯进行修改。结果表明,正确地设置内浇口对减少摩托车箱体的缺陷有很大的作用。所采取的修改方案以及研究方法对形状复杂的压铸件的模具设计有重要的指导意义。
In order to increase the quality of the die-castings, the mould constructions is improved. Porosity and shrinkage cavity defects in die castings of JY110 motorcycle boxes are eliminated, some solutions are used. The results prove that correct runner plays an important role in the decreasing of boxes'defects. The way in this paper is of great significance in the mould design for complex shaped die-casting.
