摘要
分析了高温状态下管道焊缝超声波探伤的技术难点,讨论了超声波在高温金属部件中的传播特性。在高温状态下,超声波探伤实施的关键在于声耦合、声衰减和声路径的控制。通过采用实验室模拟进行当量测试,确定了管道焊缝超声波探伤的工艺和仪器参数,并成功应用于某电厂高压导汽管焊缝高温状态的检测。
The technical difficulties of high temperature ultrasonic testing technique for pipe welds are analyzed, and the characteristics of ultrasonic propagation in high temperature metal components are discussed. The linchpin of undertaking high temperature ultrasonic testing is the control of the coupling, attenuation and route of the sound. Through laboratory simulation tests, the procedure and instrument parameters of ultrasonic testing for pipe welds were educed and successfully applied to the high temperature detection of high pressure pipe welds in a certain power plant.
