摘要
并行工程产品开发过程中不可避免地会遇到各种冲突。主要讨论并行工程中的资源冲突与决策冲突。针对任务间的资源冲突,给出了关键任务优先、等待时间最短、先来先得三种冲突消解策略。针对决策冲突,给出了可信度优先、权威性优先、相邻影响、彼此影响等四种协商策略。通过实例对资源冲突和决策冲突的各种消解和协调策略进行了比较。
In concurrent engineering, the conflict checking and resolution are unavoidable. In this paper, we focus on resolution strategies for resource and decision conflicts in concurrent engineering. In order to remove the resource conflicts between tasks, three resolution strategies are introduced, which are key-task priority strategy, waiting-short priority strategy, and start- early priority strategy. And, four resolution strategies are introduced to remove the decision conflicts, including reliability-first strategy, authority-first strategy, border-influence strategy, and all-influence strategy. By examples, the advantages of each resolution strategy are compared.
