摘要
用熔融接枝方法制备了聚丙烯-g-丙烯酸(PP-g-AA)。用光电子能谱,广角X射线衍射,红外光谱和化学滴定方法对接枝物进行了定性和定量表征。讨论了单体和引发剂浓度对接枝率的影响。
Grafting of acrylic acid onto polypropylene was performed by melt reaction extruding. The grafted PP was charaterized by means of ESCA, WAXD, FT IR and Chemical titration. The effect of monomer and initiator concentrations on degree of grafting was studied and an experimental formula to determine the grafted content of AA by FT IR and chemical titration methods was obtained. The research results show that increasing of the concentration of DCP and monomer would enhance the degree of grafting, melt index ( MI ) increased with DCP concentration, DCP made PP degrade when DCP content was above 0.15%. WAXD indicated that crystal form of PP changed from α , β form to α form, β form disapeared after AA was grafted onto PP.
