摘要
在萨氏与虫粉两种培养基以及1%葡萄糖液和2%虫尸滤液两种营养液中,对44株球孢白僵菌的菌落形态、菌丝生长、产孢量、孢子萌友情况以及孢子在不同湿度下储存一年的发芽率、抗紫外线能力和生物测定等方面进行了试验。结果表明:菌落形态可分为三种类型;在两种培养基上,菌丝生长特别快的反而产孢量低,或不产孢;不同湿度下存放一年,湿度为33%和55%时分别有73.8%和85.9%的菌株不发芽,当温度为76%和92%时供试菌株全部不发芽;2%虫液中孢子的萌发速度快,萌发率高;经紫外线处理后91.3%的菌株菌落生长半径减小;有59.4%的菌株僵虫率在51%以上。
Experiment was carried on biological featu res of 44 isolates of Beauveriabassiayia on SDAY medium,cadaver powder and the nutrient liquid of 1% dextrose plus 2%cadaver powder.Result showed that:①Colony shape could be divided into three types,②Mycelia of the isolates grew varying rapidly,and sporulation was poor.③ During storage,humidity played an important role on viability of the conidia. 73.8%and 85.9% conidia notgerminate respectively when humidity was at 33%and 55%. All strains did not germinatewhen humidity was above 76%. ④ Conidia in nutrient liquid of 2%cadaver powder germi-nated rapidly,with high germination rate. ⑤ Growth radius of 91.3%strains decreased af-ter treated with ultraviolet light.⑥ 59.4% strains caused mortalities above 51% of Masson's pine caterpillar, Dendrolimus punctatus.
