摘要
实验室使用球孢白僵菌不同菌株感染松毛虫3~4龄幼虫,得到干虫尸体长(x_1)、体重(x_2)及产孢量(N)遵循方程:N=10 (7.6100+0.0126x_1+0.0081x_2)。经F检验,方程回归显著;由不同菌株的测量值,根据公式得到理论值,经卡方检验,各菌株间的产孢量没有显著性差异。林间采回的感病僵虫测量值同样遵循方程。
In the present study,sporulation of muscardine cadavers of the Masson's pine caterpillar,Dendrolimus punctatus in fected with different strains of Beauveria bassiana was tested for the relation of sporulation(N)to cadaver length(x_1)and weight(x_2).Anequation was established as N =10(7.6100+0.0126x_1+0. 0081x_2).The sporulation of cadavers collectedfrom natural forest agreed to this model.
