摘要
4个不同的蛹虫草菌株在PDA和四种合成培养基上生长,结果显示,在PDA培养基上菌丝的生长势最好,4个菌株在PDA培养基上的生长速度以及产色素状况有显著差异.根据蛹虫草的菌落形态和凹面玻片培养法观察到的菌丝形态、产抱特点,初步得到确认无性世代的依据.
The growth potential of Cordyceps militaris in PDA medium, compared with that in four types of synthetic medium, was the most active. The growth rate and pigment secreting rate of four strains cultured in PDA medium differed significantly. According to Cordyceps militaris colony morphology, mycelium morphology and sporulation characteristics, observed from strains cultivated in concave glass, primary basis for confirming asexual generation was achieved.
