摘要
采用吸水纸法和琼脂平板法,从河北省6个赤豆品种中分离和鉴定出种内寄藏真菌6属,包括5个种和1个未定名种。对常见致病菌的侵入机理进行了初步分析探讨。
The internally seed-borne fungi of six cultivated varieties of Phaseolus angularis collected from different locations in Hebei Province were analyzed. By using the methods of blotting papers and agar plates, 6 fungal genera including 5 identified and one unidentified species were isolated. In addition, the possible infection mechanism of the pathogenic fungi was also discussed in this paper.
