摘要
采用离子束诱变的方法筛选出阿魏菇耐高温高产菌株C5,并设计正交表分别比较了以下细胞破壁的多糖提取方法,酸、碱、超声波、匀浆、冰融、热水浸提。结果为从阿魏菇新鲜菌丝球中提取阿魏菇粗多糖碱提法产量最高,最佳提取条件为:pH14,15倍水,100℃,3h,每10g鲜菌丝可以提取538.2mg粗多糖。
We usedlow energy ion implantation in this research, and got a high yield strain C5 ,The six extraction methods of polysaccharide from Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi were studied by orthogonal experiments. The extracting conditions for hot water extraction ,acid extraction, ultrasonic extraction ,alkali extraction ,squeeze extraction , melt extraction methods were confirmed ,The results showed that the alkali method was best ,the optimal condition is PH14,15 times water ,100℃,3h ,can get 538.2mg polysaccharide from every 10g mycelium.
