摘要
提出了一种新型基于无线通讯的高压断路器机构箱温度在线监测系统的设计。设计中选用了工作稳定可靠的无线通讯芯片和先进的温度传感器,工作子站选用MSP430F149处理芯片,便于现场的实时温度采集。上位机监控程序采用C++Builder程序进行编写,采用了功能强大的串口通讯控件TYbCommDevice。笔者描述了该系统的软硬件在无线通讯方面的设计,并经过实际的运行检验,证明系统运行正常,各项指标达到了工业要求。
A new design scheme of temperature online monitoring system in circuit breaker based on wireless-communication is presented in this paper. The advanced wireless-communication chip (nRF401) and temperature sensor (DS18B20)are selected in the design. MSP430F149 is a new microprocessor of TI, which has abundant resource, so that to collect temperature data online conveniently. The monitor program of computer is compiled by C++ Builder, and powerful serial communication toolkit, TybCommDevice, is used. The design of hardware and software on wireless-communication are described in details. By practical running, the equipment runs normally, and every targets meet industrial demand.
