摘要
文章采用碱氧法对精细化黄麻的漂白工艺进行研究,初步探讨了碱性条件下双氧水漂白的原理,以及其它助剂在漂白过程中的作用。同时采用正交试验方案将影响黄麻漂白效果较大的三个因素:双氧水浓度、处理时间和温度进行优化,分析各因素在漂白过程中的作用。最后通过试验得出最佳漂白方案为:H2O2浓度为10 g/L,处理时间为15 min,处理温度为80℃,并需添加助剂。
The research of this thesis is on the process of the refining jute fiber, and it also studied the bleaching principle of the H2O2 and alkali liquor with the effect of the auxiliary reagents during the bleaching process. The orthogonal method was used to analyze the three factors mostly affecting the bleaching process: the concentration of H2O2, the time and temperature of the process. In the end the optimum result of the three factors was got by the final analysis: H2O2 10 g/L, time 15min, temperature 80℃ ,with additions of auxiliary reagents.
