摘要 用泡沫塑料富集,硫脲解脱,采用斜坡升温和热解涂层平台石墨管技术进行地质样品中痕量金的测定,讨论了不同的标准曲线对测量结果的影响。实验结果表明,采用国家一级标准物质绘制标准曲线,实现了与样品基体匹配;方法的检出限为0.02ng/g,精密度:勾2.48%~9.78%。 The method for the determination of trace Gold in geological samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) after pre-concentration with polyurethane foam and disadsorption with thiourea solution has been developed. Influences of different standard curves on the determination results were discussed in this paper. Tests show that sample base matching was achieved by using first class national standard curve made by standardized materials. The detection limit of the method is 0.02ng/g and the relative standard deviations are 2.48%~9.78% .
