摘要
本文针对注塑成型过程中工艺参数的优化问题,应用注射过程流动模拟软件HSCAE 3DRF 5.1及三维实体造型软件PRO/E 2000 i,以显示器底座注塑件为实例研究对象,运用正交试验法设计模拟方案,进行工艺参数优化,确定制品的最优成型工艺参数.
The problem of technical parameter optimization in injection molding process is studied in this paper. The simulation software of filling flow HSCAE and the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E are taken into use, and the backboard of monitor pedestal is made to be the study object. The orthogonal-test method is applied to the designing of the simulation scheme. In this way, the optimization of technical parapeters is carried out and the optimal technical parameters of the product are determined.
