摘要
报导了采用化学沉淀法制备SnO_2超微粉,掺入(5~7)%wt的RbCI等掺杂剂,制成烧结型H_2S气敏元件,具有极高的灵敏度和良好的选择性,可检测0.1X10^(-6)的H_2S气体.
In SnO2 powder prepared with the method of the chemical precipitation, RbCl(5-7) wt% was doped as the chief dopant. The sintered sensors for H2S has extremelyhigh sensitivity and selectivity, and can detect 0. 1 X 10-6 of H2S.
