带导流管的喷动流化床流体力学特性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究对带导流管喷动流化床内的湍流气固两相流的流体力学特性,实验测定导流管安装高度、喷动气速和床层高度对床层压降的影响;并对不同操作条件下喷动流化床内的流场进行二维非稳态的数值模拟计算,模拟结果与实验数据吻和较好. The hydrodynamics behavior of spout-fluidized bed with a draft tube has been investigated. Experiments show that the spouting velocity and pressure drop distribution in a gassolid system are affected by the bed height and the draft tube's location height. Numerical simulation of two-dimension unsteady gas-solid two-phase flow is carried out with different operating conditions. Results of calculations agree well with the experimental data.
