摘要
通过对汽车分动器主动齿轮总成的力封闭性、分流性和尺寸链封闭性分析和研究,得出了调整垫片的厚度对主动齿轮总成性能影响的实质。此实时检测系统是在原有的螺母拧紧机系统基础上设计、开发出来的,可以在拧紧过程中实时显示主轴拧紧力矩和主动齿轮总成的轴承预紧造成的轴承座阻力矩,根据这两个扭矩值,可以判定调整垫片的选垫厚度是否合适。
This paper analyzes and researches the drive gear assembly of Auto' s Auxiliary Transmission in facet of the circulation and branch of power, the circulation of dimension chain, and achieves the truth that the washer affects the driver gear assembling. The real-time examination system is designed and developed on the basis of the old-fashion nut-fastening machine. During fastening, it can show two kinds of real-time torque: the torque of shaft fastening and the resistance torque of bearing frame for the bearing of driver gear assembly fastened. According to the torques, we can verdict whether the selected adjustable washer is suitable or not.
