摘要
以阿霉素为模型药物、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮为单体,通过反相乳液聚合法制备了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为载体的阿霉素抗癌纳米颗粒.用激光粒度仪测量了纳米颗粒的粒径大小和粒径分布,同时研究了乳化剂浓度、引发剂浓度、体系水量和反应温度对纳米颗粒尺寸的影响.
Doxorubicin- loaded nanoparticles, using doxorubicin as model drug and polyvinylpyrrolidone as matrix material, were prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization in this paper. The mean particle size and size distribution were measured by laser light scattering technique. The effect factors, such as the emulsifier, the initiator, the water and the temperature, on the size and the size distribution of doxorubicin- loaded nanoparticles were investigated.
