摘要 以某多功能商务车为研究对象,利用ADAMS软件建立了整车多刚体动力学模型,并以车身垂直加速度和角加速度为目标函数对悬架系统进行优化设计。将优化前、后整车性能仿真结果进行了对比,结果表明优化后的悬架参数能有效地改善车辆的行驶性能。研究结果为虚拟样机技术在车辆工程中的实际应用提供了参考。 The paper established a detailed multi-body dynamic model for a certain MPV ( Multi-purpose Vehicle) based on ADAMS software. The vertical acceleration and longitudinal angle acceleration of the vehicle body were selected as the objective function while the suspension systems were optimized. A large amount of simulation calculation was performed repeatedly under ADAMS virtual environmental modes until an optimal result had been achieved. The research shows that the vehicle performance with the optimized suspension parameters is better than that one with original parameters. The investigation provides an important reference for the prototype being applied to vehicle engineering and has made a base for the further design of the object.
