摘要 应用有限元分析软件针对AB型瓦楞纸板的静态压缩性能进行了非线性有限元仿真分析,得到了瓦楞纸板在一定均布预载下的应力分布图,并分析了应力分布特点,结果表明:瓦楞纸板的压塌现象各层不是同时发生的,最大应力值主要集中在瓦楞芯纸的楞顶和楞底处,并且从此处开始压溃。此结论为瓦楞纸板的结构改进和优化设计提供了参考依据。 Simulated research on the static compression behavior of AB corrugated board was performed using ABAQUS software. The stress maps of corrugated board subjected to even distribute loadings were obtained and its stress properties were analyzed. Pressure collapse phenomenon of corrugated board was not occurred simultaneously at each layer, the maximum stress was concentrated on comer top or bottom, and was started to collapse from this part. The results have reference value for the packaging design of corrugated board.
