摘要
CFG(Cement Fly ash Gravel)桩是水泥粉煤灰碎石桩的简称,是近年来发展起来的一种新型桩。长螺旋钻孔管内泵压CFG桩成桩混合材料施工方法,具有施工噪音低,成桩速度快,工程造价较低等特点。因此,近年来该方法已在建筑、水利、高速公路等工程施工中得到广泛应用。但是,该工法在施工过程中也出现了不少技术问题,如堵管、窜孔等时有发生,有时甚至造成工程质量事故。笔者根据工程施工中积累的实践经验,并参阅有关文献资料,对长螺旋钻孔管内泵压CFG桩成桩混合材料施工中常见的质量问题进行分析总结,提出了一些应对措施,供同类工程施工时参考。
CFG (Cement Fly- ash Gravel) pile is a new one, developed for the last years. Long spiral hole pump pressure CFG (Cement Fly - ash Gravel) pile construction technology has such advantages as small noise, quick construction rate and low construction price. Therefore the technology has been applied widely in construction, water conservancy and highway communication engineering for the last years. But in construction process with that technology some technical problems appeared such as pipe blocking, flee - bore etc. On the basis of experience accumulated in long time engineering construction and reading corresponding literature, the authors of this paper analyzed and summarized the problems encountered often in CFG pile construction and gave some new ideas and measures to solve these problems. This paper has some significance for engineering constructions.
