摘要
现在我国绝大部分油田利用声波信号(声幅/变密度)评价固井质量,但声波信号受井眼状况、岩性、套管性质等诸多因素的影响,评价结果难以令人满意。本文根据大量测井资料和实验研究详细分析套管井中影响声波信号的一些因素以及对固井质量评价产生的影响,指出在利用声波信号(声幅/变密度)评价固井质量时,必须充分考虑这些影响因素,才能得到有效评价结果。
Now acoustic signal is often used to evaluate cementing quality in most domestic oil field. However, acoustic signal is affected by many factors ,such as borehole shape, lithologic section, casing character etc, and the evaluating result is often disappointed . In this paper, some influencing factors are analyzed deeply to find how they influence cementing quality on the basis of logging data analysis and experiment study. This paper points out that those influencing factors must be considered so as to get effective result when acoustic signal is used to evaluate cementing quality.
