摘要
目的总结超声乳化白内障吸除联合前段玻璃体切除术治疗恶性青光眼患者的护理经验。方法对18例(20只眼)手术治疗的恶性青光眼患者加强围手术期护理。结果17例在术后随访期内均获得了前房加深、眼压控制、视力提高的治疗效果;1例由于不愿接受及早的手术治疗,视功能严重受损。结论加强患者的围手术期护理,采取相应的护理措施,可为手术成功提供保证。
Objective To summarize the nursing points of perioperative nursing methods for malignant glaucoma by ultrasonic therapy. Methods Strengthen the perioperative nurisng cares for 18 patients with malignant glaucoma when cured by ultrasonic therapy. Results Expected one patients abandoned the treatment voluntarily, others all obtained the successful operation. Conclusion Strengthen the perioperative nurisng cares and carry out counter nurisng measures are the guarantee of successful operation.
