摘要
随着我国高等教育规模的扩张,大学毕业生就业难问题日益突出,理论界出现了高等教育过度化的呼声。对此从文化的视角进行分析后得出:我国目前出现的高等教育过度化只是一种表象和假象,其根源在于文化的冲突和错位,同时提出了变革制度文化、创新观念文化的对策性建议。
Nowadays, with the college expansion in China, employment after graduation is standing out increasingly, meanwhile, the voice of over-education in higher education arises in the academic circle. With the analysis on the basis of culture, this article points out that the over-education in higher education in China is lust a superficies and a feint, which comes from cultural conflict and at last provides a few pieces of advice on countermeasures.
