摘要
为探讨氮磷肥料对刺槐生长发育、蛋白质组分和过氧化物酶活性的影响,试验采用盆栽施肥方法,9个处理,2次重复,随机原理试验设计。试验结果表明,当氮、磷施肥用量配比N 184 kg/hm2、P2O5120 kg/hm2时,方利于氮素营养物质转化和积累,苗木地径和干物质重均较高,复合蛋白质含量明显增加。施磷促进简单蛋白质向复合蛋白质转化,氮肥有利简单蛋白质合成。不同处理过氧化物酶活性表明,氮磷用量适宜,可以减少体内过氧化物等氧化物质对植物组织及膜的氧化与伤害。
The effects of nitrogen and phosphorus on growth and protein component were studied with 9 treatments and 2 repeat in this paper. The result shows that when the concentration of N and P205 is respectively 184 kg/hm^2 and 120 kg/hm^2, it is benefit to the transformation and accumulation of N nutrition and at the same time the collar diameter and the dry weight of seedling remain a higher level and the compound protein content increases. The nitrogen improves the transformation from simple protein to compound protein and the phosphorus is benefit to the synthesis of simple protein. The POD activity of different treatment shows that the proper N and P can reduce the POD and other oxide which is good to the oxidation and damage of the plant tissue and membrane.
