摘要
以植物病原真菌水稻稻瘟病菌、松赤枯病菌、玉米纹枯病菌、玉米弯胞杆菌、小麦赤霉病菌、胶胞炭疽病菌为实验菌,检测了牛至油的抗真菌活性.结果表明:0·4μL/mL(最低抑制浓度(MIC))的牛至油就能完全抑制所有供试菌菌丝的生长和孢子的形成.半抑制浓度(IC50)和相对抑制率显示,牛至油对小麦赤霉病菌、玉米弯胞杆菌、松赤枯病菌的抑制作用最强,其次为水稻稻瘟病菌,最弱是胶胞炭疽病菌、玉米纹枯病菌.
Antifungal activity of oil of Origanum vulgave L. was studied with Pyricularia oryzae Cav. , Pestalotia funereal, Rhizoctonia solani kuha, Curvularia lunata (walk) Boed. , Gibberrlle zeae (Schw.) Petch, Collectotrichum gloeosporioides (perz.) sacc. Oil of Origanum vulgave L. could obviously inhibit hyphal growth and spore formation under the concentration of 0.4 μL/mL. The values of IC50 and inhibitory rate implied that highest inhibition of Gibberrlle zeae(Schw. )Petch, Curvularia lunata (walk)Boed. and Pestalotia funereal, was obtained in 6 kinds of fungi. The inhibitory activities of Pyricularia oryzae Cav. were higher than that of Collectotrichum gloeo.;porioides (perz.) sacc and Rhizoctonia solani kuha.
