摘要 针对某新型汽油发动机的曲柄连杆机构,在MSCAdams软件中建立曲轴系多体系统动力学模型,并进行多体动力学分析,得到曲轴前后端相对扭转角位移曲轴扭转应力和曲轴名义弯曲应力等参数,分别作为校核曲轴扭振和计算曲轴强度安全系数的输入条件. The crankshaft multi-body system dynamics model of the crank and connecting rod mechanism in a new developed gasoline engine is established. The cranktrain multi-body system dynamics analysis is carried out. The data is obtained such as relative angular displacement between the crankshaft front and end, torsional stress on the crankshaft and nominal bending stress on the crankshaft, etc. These data can be used when the torsional vibration of the crankshaft is appraised and the strength safety factor of the crankshaft is calculated.
