摘要
本文采用简化的结构模型和数学迭代方法,为选用机床最佳动态特性的参数提供了一种优化设计方法。其包括三个阶段:简化、优化、实现。在优化设计中,结合标准的有限元法进行频率响应分析,机床结构被有效地最佳化了,使机床的动态特性得以改善。
This paper provides an optimizing design way in order to select the most optimal dynamic characteristics parameters through adopting simplified structure model and mathematic overlapping algorithm. It includes three steps : simplification; optimization;realization. In the course of Optimizing design, the machine tool's structure is effectively optimized because of being combined with standard finite algorithm, so dynamic characteristics of machine tools are improved.
