摘要
研究了Volterra频域核的测量方法,提出一种利用优化正弦谐波信号作为系统的激励信号测量Volterra频域核的方法.将其用于测量2阶Volterra核时,没有1,3,5等奇数阶和4阶Volterra核的干扰,测量精度高.利用2阶Volterra频域核作为故障特征对非线性模拟电路进行故障诊断,仿真结果表明,故障识别率高,时间开销小,通用性强.
The problem of how to measure Volterra frequency kernels is studied. A Volterra frequency kernels measurement method is presented using an optimized multisine signal as system stimulus. The second order Volterra frequency kernels based on this method are not disturbed by odd and the forth order Volterra kernels and the measurement precision is high. The second order Volterra frequency kernels are used as the fault signatures in diagnosing nonlinear analog circuits. Experiment results demonstrate that the proposed technique is low time consuming with high fault identification rate and applicable extensively.
