乳舒改善微循环和血液流变学的作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究乳舒对试验动物的微循环和血液流变学的影响为临床应用提供科学依据。方法:腹腔注射肾上腺素造成小鼠耳廓微循环障碍模型及皮下注射肾上腺素加冰水浸泡造成急性血瘀模型法。结果:乳舒低、中、高3个剂量组均能使小鼠微血管细动脉、细静脉管径增大;乳舒低、中、高3个剂量组能降低造模大鼠全血粘度、全血还原粘度(低切)和血浆粘度。结论:乳舒可扩张微血管,降低血液粘度,具有改善微循环和血液流变学的作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Rushu on improuing auricle microcirculation in mice and the hemorheology in acute blood - stasis model rats, to describe the correlation in treatment to hyperplasia of mammary gland between TCM and western medicine and to provide doctors with scientific references for administration in clinic. Method: To evaluate the effects of Rushu on improving auricle microcirculation disturbance model in mice induced by adrenalin and the hemorheology in acute blood- stasis model rats induced by adrenalin and ice water stimulation. Result: The diameter of micro - arteriole and micro - vein could be increased in all of three groups given Rushu at the dosages of 7g/kg, 14g/kg and 28g/kg, and Showed significant changes compared with normal group ( P 〈 0.05, 0.01 ). Groups given Rushu at dosages of 3.5g/kg, 7g/kg and 14g/kg were decreased significantly the viscosity of the whole blood, the whole blood reduced at low sharp rate and plasma compared with control group (P 〈 0.05, 0.01). Conclusion Rushu can increase the diameter of capillary, decrease the viscosity of blood, and improve microcirculation and hemorheology.
