摘要
通过对原料乳生产阶段的危害分析,检测生产线上各工序、设备微生物污染状况,分析了微生物数量的变化规律,确定了原料奶生产的关键控制点,提出了相应的控制措施。
The paper analysed the danger of producing raw milk The microbial inspections of main procedures and facilities on raw milk processing line were conducted , and the microbial change rule was analyzed. So the critical control points was confirmed on raw milk processing, the corresponding control measure was put forward.
