摘要
作为跨文化交际的桥梁,翻译活动中不可避免地存在着文化间的误读。本文简要分析了翻译实践中的两种文化误读现象,并就其产生的原因和对于翻译研究的意义提出了浅显的看法。对这一现象的研究应站在文化的高度,这有助于更好地认识翻译的性质和提高译者的文化意识。
As a bridge connecting different cultures and peoples, translation unavoidably involves cultural misreading. In this paper, two types of cultural misreading are analyzed, and the causes of this phenomenon and its significance in translation studies are illuminated to a certain degree. The study of cuhural misreading should be made culturally with a view to acquiring a better understanding of the nature of translation and enhancing the cultural awareness of translators.
