摘要 笔者回顾了10多年来白屈菜红碱诱导细胞凋亡的细胞和分子机理的研究,总结这些机制包括白屈菜红碱对Bc lXL(Bc l-2家族的抗凋亡成员)和PKC的复杂作用,促进Cytc的释放和ROS的产生以及对微管蛋白的抑制作用;同时简要地介绍了相关的实验。 This article reviews recent ten years'investigations in the molecular and cellular mechanisms of actions by which chelerythrine induces ceils apoptosis, summarizes the mechanisms including complex functions of chelerythrine on BclXL ( an antiapoptosis member of Bcl-2 family) and PKC, promotions CytC release and ROS generation and inhibition on tubulin polymerization. It also briefly introduces the relative tests.
