摘要
杭州市庆春路过江隧道工程属大型复杂工程,其施工规模大,施工技术复杂;由于不确定因素多,因而风险因素也多。就钱塘江底特殊地质以及外部环境等约束条件下隧道工程施工期间的难度及意外事故风险进行了分析;采用灾害风险评估矩阵法(R=P×C)来研究这些风险因素对项目安全质量目标的影响程度,并给出了定性的评价和定量的分析,同时根据此评估的风险程度提出相应风险对策与控制措施;为进一步探讨在大型复杂的越江隧道工程项目中风险的全过程管理提供了依据。
Qingchun Road river-crossing tunnel in Hangzhou is a huge project with large-scale construction activities and complicated construction technologies. Due to the numerous uncertain factors, the project involves a large amount of risks. The paper analyzes on the difficulties and risks of unexpected incidents that may occur during the construction of the project under the special geological conditions under Qiantang River and the constraints of the surrounding external environments. Furthermore, the paper studies on the effects of the risk factors on the safety and quality targets set for the project by means of disaster risk evaluation matrix method (R = P C) , by which qualitative evaluations and quantitative analysis are provided. Finally, on basis of the analysis results, the article recommends some countermeasures for the risks. The article can provide basis for further discussions on the full-course control of the risks of huge and complicated river-crossing tunnels.
