摘要 文章首先就逆向物流的含义以及它与正向物流的区别作了简要的叙述,然后,基于逆向物流驱动因素的分析,首次详细分析了逆向物流的4个发展阶段;再次,讨论了供应链和逆向物流集成的必要性,进而首次提出了逆向物流链的概念,在对其结构和基本特点分析的基础上,给出了一些逆向物流链运作的关键因素。
