摘要
采用微细粒径材料合成的PZT陶瓷,使其机械强度有较大提高;在控制电路上,采用通过对输出电流的反馈,维持在定值条件下,对压电变压器的驱动频率进行有效控制的V-F变换法,使压电陶瓷变压器在液晶显示器背光电源上的应用取得成功。现开发出两种电源,转换效率达80%,较之以往的线圈变压器电源,转换效率可提高10%,厚度和体积相应减小。
Mechanical strength of PZT ceramics synthesized from fine grain material is significantly enhanced. V F transformation effectively controlling driving frequence of piezoelectric transformer under constant value condition is held through feedback of output current in control circuit so that the piezoelectric ceramic transformer is successfully applied for background light power supply of liquid crystal display (LCD). Two types of the power supplies are developed. They have transfer efficiency up to 80 percent which is more than one of traditional coil transformer by 10 percent, while they have smaller thickness and volume as well as additional adjustability of the light, stabilization of imput voltage in LCD and the other characteristics.
