在N,N—二甲基甲酰胺和甲苯的混合溶剂体系中,4,4'—二氟二苯甲酮(DFBP)与3—氨基苯酚(3AP)在无水碳酸钾的作用下发生化学反应,合成得到了4,4'—双(3-氨基苯氧基)二苯甲酮(443BAPOBP)单体。通过熔点测试、高效注注液相色谱(HPLC)、傅立叶红外(FT-IR)以及元素分析对443BAPOBP进行了表征,并且在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶剂中,443BAPOBP与均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)聚合成得到了新型的聚醚醚酮酰亚胺(PEEKI)树脂及其薄膜。
In the mixture solvents system of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and toluene(Tol), the monomer of 4, 4-bis(3-aminophenoxy) benzophenone (443BAPOBP) was obtained through the reaction between 4, 4'-difluorobenzopheone (DFBP) and 3-aminophenol (3AP) in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate(K2CO3) . The characterization of 443BAPOBP was conducted by High Performance Liquid Chromotography (HPLC), Fourier Transfer-Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),Element Analysis and Melting Point testig. The polymerization reaction between the 443BAPOBP monomer and pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) was carried out in the N, N-dimethylacetamide solvent at room temperature. Afterwards, the corresponding polymer was dehydrated to obtain the poly(ether ether ketone)imide (PEEKI) resin powder or film.
