珠胶结构复合材料中基体组成与力学性能的关系研究

摘要 针对基体环氧树脂韧性差的特点,从环氧树脂增韧改性入手,研究了珠胶结构复合材料中基体组成与力学性能的关系。实验结果表明,在环氧树脂体系中添加液体CTBN橡胶,可以增加环氧树脂的韧性,提高环氧树脂对钢珠的粘附性。当CTBN添加量小于15%时,复合材料基材中环氧树脂为连续相,CTBN橡胶为分散相,复合材料的压缩和拉伸性能主要表现为刚性环氧树脂的性能。该配方范围内制备的增韧的珠胶复合材料在力学性能满足使用要求的前提下,珠胶粘附性有所提高,所获得的相关力学参数可用于珠胶结构件设计。 In this paper, the relations of matrix composition and mechanical properties of steel-ball/epoxy resin composite materials were studied through toughening modification of epoxy resin. With adding liquid CTBN rubber in epoxy resin matrix, the toughness of epoxy resin matrix could be increased, and the adhesivity between epoxy resin matrix and steel-ball could be improved. When theamount of CTBN is less than 15%, the compressive and tensile performances of composite materials mainly showe rigidity, with epoxy resin as continuous phase, CTBN rubber as dispersed phase. The mechanics parameters of toughen steel-ball/ epoxy resin composite materials can be used in weapon design.
