摘要
采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、情绪稳定性量表(ESSV3.0)等研究工具,对山西省不同层次、不同专业大学生心理健康水平和体育锻炼状况的关系进行了测量分析。结果表明:1)山西省大学生心理健康问题检出率较高;2)锻炼人群和非锻炼人群的心理健康水平存在显著性差异;3)中等强度体育锻炼所产生的心理健康效应优于小强度和大强度体育锻炼;4)不同项群运动项目对心理健康的效应不存在显著差异。结论:体育锻炼是改善心理健康水平的有效途径之一。
Through using the method of SCL-90 and ESSV3. 0, this paper made analysis on mental health level and physical exercise condition of college students with different majors from Shanxi province. The result showed that the mental health problem of college students from Shanxi was relative higher. There existed significant different on mental health level between exercise group and non-exercise group. The effect of mental health caused by middle intensity exercise was superior to that of low and high intensity exercise. There had no significant difference on mental health effect in different sports group. It concluded that physical exercise was the effective way to improve the mental health level.
