摘要
研究了一种合成SrTiO3高纯超细粉料的新方法,该法是将钛化合物的水解产物与可溶性锶盐在强碱性溶液中反应,直接生成SrTiO3高纯超细粉料。原料溶液Sr/Ti比、碱用量和反应温度对粉料中SrTiO3相含量有影响。
A new method to synthesize SrTiO 3 superfine powder has been presented. In this method, hydrolysate of Ti compound was reacted chemically with soluble Sr salt in alkalinous solution to directly produce ultra pure and superfine SrTiO 3 powder. Molar ratio Sr/Ti, amount of NaOH added and reaction temperature have influence on content of SrTiO 3 phase in powder. Addition of ethyl alcohol to the reactive system can improve properties of the powder.
