摘要
以无机盐BaCl2·2H2O,SnCl4·5H2O,NaOH为原料,机械力化学合成纳米BaSnO3白色粉末;再以合成的BaSnO3和CuCl2·2H2O,NaOH为原料,制备出了CuO—BaSnO3气敏材料用纳米复合粉体.所得粉体用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等方法进行了表征.结果显示BaSnO3为棒状,直径约25~45nm,长300~500nm左右,CuO为球状颗粒,粒径为12nm左右.
White powder BaSnO3 were synthesized with BaCl2 · 2H2O ,SnCl4 · 5H2O and NaOH by mechano- chemistry synthesis. CuO-BaSnO3 nano-powders were synthesized by using the obtained BaSnO3and CuCl2 · 2H2O,NaOH. Obtained nano-powders were characterized by XRD and TEM. The results showed that the diameter and length of BaSnO3 powders were 25 - 45 nm and 300 - 500 nm respectively, and the particle size of CuO was about 12 nm.
