摘要
在沥青混合料中,由于填料的加入,使得沥青的针入度指数(PI)和延度下降,软化点升高.实际施工中,施工单位习惯用回收粉代替部分矿粉做填料来拌制沥青混合料.通过用100%矿粉、矿粉∶回收粉=3∶1、矿粉∶回收粉=1∶13种填料与沥青拌制胶泥,进行室内常规指标的试验并结合成渝高速热再生工程的实践,发现不同类型的填料,对不同类型的沥青混凝土胶泥产生的硬化效应存在较大差异.对规范中的相应条款进行了探讨,提出了自己的一些建议,以期待对我国的高速公路沥青混合料施工有一定的指导作用.
It's well known that the indexes of the bitumen that the penetration index (PI) and ductility drop, softening point rise because of the using of the filling about the bitumen mixtures. While constructing, the unit in charge of construction is used to using retrieving powder to replace some ore powder to mix and make bitumen mixture. I had used 100% ore powder, Ore powder "Retrieve powder = 3 : 1, Ore powder : Retrieve powder =1 : 1 three fillings to mix bitumen mixture, carry on the test of the routine index in the testing laboratory and combine into the practice of the hot recycled project of Chengdu-Chongqing expressway, think that the sclerosis effect of different kinds bitumen concrete clay be greater difference. I have carded on the discussion to the corresponding clause in the norm, put forward some suggestions in order to expect to have certain guidance functions to the expressway bitumen mixture construction of our country.
