基于关系模型的重用型工艺知识研究

摘要 重用式CAPP系统的研究多集中在工艺设计方法的研究上,对支持系统运行的知识特征研究较少,针对这一问题对重用型工艺知识进行了研究,根据粒度不同,将重用型工艺知识分为:标准工艺术语、工艺元、工艺模板和工艺实例,并分析了它们的特点及其相互关系。在分析各种数据模型特点的基础上,采用关系数据模型对重用型工艺知识建模,设计了它们的关系型数据库存储模型,最后研究了重用型工艺知识在工艺设计过程中的应用方式。 The research on the reused-style CAPP system focuses on the planning method, but the research knowledge feature is little. The concept of reused process knowledge is researched. According to the different granularity, process knowledge is classified to standard process term, process unit, process model and process case. Their characters and interrelation are analyzed. Reused process knowledge model is constructed used relationship data model based on the analysis about various data model, and the relationship database stored model about them is designed. The application fashion of this kind process knowledge in process plan course is studied.
