摘要
观察了新型抗氧化剂U74389c对甘油所致急性肾衰(ARF)小鼠肾功能的保护作用。结果显示,该药能明显减少小鼠血清和肾皮质中氧自由基终未产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量,减轻肾脏受损程度,治疗组小鼠的血清肌酐(Scr)显著低于对照组(80.16±16.62vs118.06±20.83μmol/L,P<0.05),间质和肾小管的病理损伤也明显轻于对照组,提示该药对甘油所致急性肾衰小鼠的肾功能有显著的保护作用。
In this paper we evaluated the efficacy of a novel antioxidant U743s9G in the preservation of renal function in animal model of aucte renal failure (ARF)induced by intramuscularly injectied glycerine(11.6 mg/kg)in mice The results showed that the level of malondialdehydes(MDA)in serum and renal cortex were greatly reduced by pretreatment with the antioxidant of U74389G and the pathological lesion of the renal tubulointerstitium were also alleviated.There were significant difference in the serum leval of creatinine be-tween the therapeutic group and controls(80.16±16.62 vs 118.06±20.83μmol/L,P<0.05).It is conclud-ed that the U74389G treatment may reduce the severity of acute renal tubulointerstitial darnage induced by glyc-erine injection in mice.
