摘要
为降低生产成本,开发了Cr26高铬白口铸铁用以代替KmTBCr15Mo作为双金属复合颚板的耐磨层材料。详细介绍了Cr26高铬白口铸铁各元素的作用、成分设计、熔炼工艺、热处理工艺、金相组织和硬度检查结果。实际使用表明,使用效果与KmTBCr15Mo相当。
As the material of wear-resistant layer of the bi-metal composite jaw plate, the KmTBCr1SMo alloy obtained excellent application results, however it is necessary for it to use the very expensive ferromolybdenum. Therefore, the Cr 26 hi-chromium white cast iron was developed as the subsitute for the KmTBCr15Mo to reduce production cost. An introduction was made to the effects of various alloy elements, iron composition design, melting process, heat treatment process, microstructure and hardness test results. Practical application showed that the same result could obtained by using the Cr26 cast iron as the substitute for the KmTBCr15Mo alloy.
