摘要
城市规划中必须考虑大气环境的影响。从规划布局与大气环境的关系和影响的角度出发,在北京市奥林匹克公园、五棵松文化体育中心和金融街中心区等重点小区的规划编制过程中,运用城市小区尺度气象和污染物扩散模式,以多种方案分别模拟计算出它们在一定环境条件下的气流场、风速场、温度和空气污染物浓度分布,并运用小区规划大气环境效应评估指标体系进行评分,为优选方案提供科学依据。结果表明:上述3个小区分别有一个方案得分较高,它们的大气环境效应较优,因此被作为优选推荐方案。
Urban planning must be related to the atmospheric environmental effects. An urban sub-domain scale meteorology and pollutant diffusion model was developed to aid in the planning of 3 important sub-domains in Beijing, the Beijing Olympic Green Village, the Wukesong Culture and Sports Center, and the Jinrongjie sub-domain. The model simulates the atmospheric environmental effects, including wind, temperature, and air pollutant concentration distributions. The planning is evaluated with the aid of an assessment index system to optimize the final design. The assessments show that, for these 3 sub-domains, the simulations can generate designs that give improved atmospheric environments so the system is recommended for optimized planning.
