摘要
根据空间信息科学理论和软件工程方法论,探讨了基于GIS/RS技术进行城乡空间规划支持系统开发建设的关键技术和设计方法;并将研制的系统平台应用于京津冀北地区、青岛市城乡空间规划和北京市旧城更新改造规划具体实践,利用不同分辨率的遥感影像提取城乡空间规划所需要的信息,利用GIS空间分析功能自动、半自动地生成城乡空间规划所需的各种专题数据。结果表明:基于GIS/RS技术的城乡空间规划支持系统在实现城乡空间规划的定性、定量、定位相结合和规划决策支持方面具有良好效用。
An urban-rural spatial planning support system was developed using geographical information system/remote sensing (GIS/RS) technology according to geoinformatics theory and methodology of software engineering. The system was applied to the Jing-Jin-Ji north area, Qingdao, and the old city of Beijing. The needed spatial information is obtained using different resolutions of satellite imagery. A series of thematic data is produced automatically or semi-automatically by spatial analysis functions operating on the GIS data. The results show that the system can efficiently produce quantitative and qualitative data for location-based macro decision making for urban planning.
