摘要
人的全面发展,首先应当是一个经济学的范畴。人的全面发展与劳动分工有着密切的联系。旧式分工将劳动主体划分到一定的活动范围,固定于某种劳动形态,从而使人的劳动产生片面性,限制人的全面发展。新技术革命带来的新式分工的建立,将从根本上消除劳动的强制性,增强职业的流动性,促进人类劳动解放的实现。
The integrity of human development must be first of all an economical category. The integrity of human development has a close relationship with social division of laboring. The old division puts the laboring subject into a certain realm of activity, makes it fixed in some laboring morphology, hence to make human labor unilateral and restricts the integrity of human development. The new technological revolution promotes the establishment of a new division of labor, and will completely eliminate the forced labor, the increase of professional mobility, and the realization of the liberation of human labor.
