摘要
采用皮壳法、草酸法和菌土法对11个向日葵品种进行菌核病抗性鉴定,结果表明:品种间抗性存在一定差异,其中油葵KWS303表现出一定的抗性;对于其他品种,不同接种方法间存在较大差别,但基本都属于高感品种;3种方法各有其特点和不足之处,生产中应进行优化,扬长避短,并结合病圃鉴定以便得出准确的结果。
Resistance of 11 sunflower( Helianthus annuus L. )varieties was identified by means of hull inoculation, diseased-soil-potting and root oxalate-dipping. Results of resistance of sunflower varieties indicated that there were some differenceamong sunflower varieties in resistance to Sclerotinia sclerotiomm. Oil sunflower KWS303 showed resistance to some degree. Results of inoculation means also showed that there were more obvious difference among different inoculaion means for other varieties which belonged to high infectious varieties. What was more, 3 means had their own characteristics and shortcomings, so they should be optimized andresistance should be identified in diseased soil too in order to obtain accurate results.
