摘要
通过问卷调查法提出了教师要注重提高自身对技能动作学习方法的认识,要向学生提出技能学习方法这一概念,使学生深层认识技能学习的目的,要重视培养学生学习技能的学法,在教学中贯穿培养学生学习技能方法、策略和提高学生技能学习能力的教学思想。还通过实验法论证了在高校体育教学课中培养学生学习能力的有效性。一是有利于学生的识记、对动作本质的理解,在学生潜移默化掌握技能学法的同时还提高了学生的学习积极性与参与意识;二是采用此模式教学时间越长,学生学习效果越好。三是在此模式下学习的学生对技能动作本质、动作构成特点及规律的认识明显好于其他学生,在新技能学习、练习一段时间后的技能动作表现上显著好于其他学生,学习速度快,学习效果好,在此模式下学习的学生学习能力得到提高。
According to the results of the research of questionnaire to the undergraduates, this article indicated that teachers must pay more attention to the ways of motor learning and take action to make the undergraduates know the concept of ways of motor learning and to enhance the ability of learning motor skills. This article also demonstrated that the cultivation of students mastering strategy of motor learning has three good effects. Firstly it made advantages of the undergraduates' memory of motor skill. The students were acquainted with the motor skill well and took active part in learning. Secondly, this article indicated that the longer the teacher used the teaching mode in teaching, the better the students performed the skills. Thirdly, the experimental group performed much better than the controlled group on the understanding of the constitution and essential characteristics of motor skills. And for the experimental group the test result after one week revealed a significant group effect.
